ACE’s messageboard platform will not disclose your Personal Information unless acting under a good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the rights of property of the messageboard; (3) act to protect the interest of its members or others.
The data collected from visitors to our site is analyzed in aggregate form to show trends and improve the website for future visits. Personally identifiable information is not recorded. Like most public Web sites, our site collects your Internet Protocol (IP) address or the number that is assigned to your computer when you connect to the internet when you log on to our site. This information is used to gather information about our visitors’ browsing actions for composite use only.
